Job in Austria: Call centre employee with knowledge of Swiss German (m/f/d)

AP Dialog AG in Baden-Dättwil is an established contact centre company with over 100 workplaces. We manage various projects in different industries. Our company is in a pronounced growth phase and needs reinforcement.

The AP Dialogue GmbH is a leading provider of call centre and telemarketing services. The range of services extends from the 118811 directory enquiry service and the management of inbound hotlines to the handling of complex outbound campaigns for various companies from a wide range of industries.

Your area of responsibility essentially includes:

You contact existing and new customers to arrange appointments for well-known brand products and services. Your contacts are mainly older people.

With your professional and empathetic fluency, you can adapt well to your counterpart.

Your profile:

  • You have Experience in dealing with older peopleA lot of empathy and a sales flair
  • You have a clear, accent-free manner of expression and are able to adapt to the needs of customers
  • You understand the Swiss or Vorarlberg dialect
  • Outbound experience is an advantage
  • Safe handling of the computer
  • You have a good general education

We offer:

  • Work on 100% in the Home office or in the office in Vienna right next to the underground (U4/U6)
  • Working hours from Monday - Friday 9.00 - 18.00

  • Depending on years of service, a salary of at least € 2,010 on a full-time basis is planned for this position in accordance with the KV 2025 for trade and industry. The willingness to overpay is available with appropriate previous experience.
