AP Dialog AG operates inbound and outbound contact centre services for well-known international and Swiss companies at its locations in Baden-Dättwil and Biel/Bienne.
Its own brands include, among others, the popular and successful Swiss directory enquiries service 1820.
The acquisition of the Vienna-based 118 811 GmbH enables AP Dialog to significantly expand its range of inbound and outbound contact centre services.
The company now has more than one hundred well-trained, partly multilingual employees.
In addition, AP Dialog is advancing to become the leading provider of directory enquiries services in Switzerland and Austria with its own brands and as an outsourcer.

Jürg Aeschlimann, Head of Outbound, will coordinate the telemarketing activities in the DACH region in the future.
