Sales Professional (Inhouse Sales) 80% - 100%
in internal sales for B2B new customer acquisition, focussing on the acquisition of qualified leads.
Your main tasks include regular sales meetings at management level and the systematic maintenance of the lead pipeline in CRM. You will ensure that the targets set by management are achieved and work closely with management in sales. This demanding role requires a high degree of independence, excellent communication skills and a high level of self-motivation.
Do you have proven experience in high-level telephone sales and inbound marketing, including the use of social media, Google and CRM systems?
Have you completed training (e.g. in sales, project management, customer dialogue)? Experience in the contact centre sector (inbound and outbound) and an extensive network of decision-makers would be an advantage.
Do you speak and write Swiss German and English? Knowledge of French and Italian is desirable.
We offer a modern remuneration model with attractive commissions for successfully acquired new customers. Due to upcoming retirements in the coming years, there are also opportunities for promotion to management.
