The range of services extends from directory enquiries 1820 and the management of inbound hotlines to the handling of complex outbound campaigns for diverse companies from a wide range of industries.
For our fast growing inbound department we are looking for a
Call Agent Inbound 60% - 100%
Availability
You can be employed at least from Monday to Saturday from 7 am to 2 pm.
Field of activity
Answering calls for different customers and industries. Entering and processing orders in the corresponding customer systems.
Quick and correct telephone number and address search. Professional communication and the daily use of language, both orally and in writing, characterise your everyday work.
Experience
You have experience in telephone customer contact. You have good communication skills. Your IT affinity and MS Office skills round off your profile.
Training
You have a good general education and very good geographical knowledge of Switzerland.
Languages
You speak Swiss German without an accent, good English and at least one of the following languages very well: French or Italian. Please do not apply if you do not speak at least three of these languages at C1 or C2 level!
