What data is passed on to third parties and for what purposes?
AP Dialog AG does not disclose any personal information of users/customers without the express consent of the person concerned. However, AP Dialog AG reserves the right to process and disclose information and personal data to the competent civil and law enforcement authorities in order to comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal proceedings or criminal investigations.
Right to erasure of personal data
The user must assert his right in writing to AP Dialog AG. A copy of the identity card or passport must be enclosed for clear identification. AP Dialog AG reserves the right to charge a reasonable share of the processing costs incurred for the provision of information if (1) the person making the request has already received the requested information in the twelve months preceding the request and no interest worthy of protection in the provision of new information can be demonstrated; if (2) the provision of information involves a particularly large amount of effort. The contribution may not exceed CHF 300.
Are email transmissions secure?
If you communicate with us by e-mail (or form), the data transmission is not encrypted. The same applies when we send you our response by e-mail. In these cases, confidentiality is not guaranteed. E-mails are forwarded - basically quickly, reliably and inexpensively - via many computers. The possibilities for saving, analysing or changing messages are therefore manifold. E-mails in unencrypted form are not suitable for sending confidential information to AP Dialog GmbH.
